"tummy turbulence"...."refrigerator roulette"...  I love the terms!  it's true...sometimes it's just the luck of the draw!!

When I feel that pain, I just go to the potty and "unstick" my pouch... ie...barf... and start over! It's usually "stuck" because I ate too fast.

How are you now?? if not better.... see the doc!!  You never know...could be something bigger than just the above-mentioned.
