My daughter has shingles . . .
Poor baby - the stress of finishing her thesis . . . and grandkids making all the noise in the house . . . has just been to much for her. She was in the emergency room Saturday night with what we thought was a migraine - they didn't even look at the rash she told them she had . . . and today she has it all around her. Now . . . the fun part of this is that my grandson has NOT had his chicken pox shot yet . . .so just about the time his mom is supposed to start her new job next Monday . . . so they can afford to MOVE OUT . . . he is about due to break out with chicken pox . . . oh PLEASE no! I would take vacation and stay home just so DL can get her job started . . .but I so don't want to do that (because we KNOW the babysitter is not going to think this is fun either . . . ugh) I'm going to take a nap . . . not going in to work this afternoon.

Michelle is still miserable . . . more with the headaches still than the actual shingles . . . but they are starting to bother her more today . . . but at least she isn't throwing up any more. I don't know the name of the meds they put her on . . .but she has to take it 5 times a day. He didn't know if it was to late to hel*****t, but he said not taking it would do nothing to help. He also told me that they have shots for shingles now too . . .which they usually give to people over 60 - but he advised me to get one since it seems to maybe run in the famiily and 57 was "close enough".
The little one (Myles) is doing fine - turns out daddy was the one that took him for his last shots (and like he remembered what shots were given?), but it was only a month or two ago so we should watch him, but the doctor wasn't to worried (YEA!).
Thanks everyone!
