Pantyhose no longer my enemy!

OK ladies, who knows exactly what I mean?   Have you ever had gotten that HORRIBLE, unbelievably painful rash on your inner thighs from a pair of pantyhose?  How about when you've had to wear them all day, and the rash started about 15 minutes after you put them on?   And you've avoided walking because the friction hurts so bad you want to cry? Well, I have had some TERRIBLE pantyhose experiences!  I used to by a junior volunteer ("candystriper") at a hospital, and every Thursday night I would go home in pain because of having to wear pantyhose with my "pinafore".  Or sometimes I would go without pantyhose, and I would still get the rash just from the friction of my thighs rubbing together! Well, those days are gone!  I've been wearing skirts and pantyhose at my new job, and no rash!  At first I was wearing some "shapewear" underneath to prevent it, but one day I went without it, and no problem!  And the other day I went walking at lunch with a coworker, (a skirt, pantyhose, and tennies, it was stylish!), and I was sure I would have the rash by the time we were done, but nothing!  It actually feels good to wear pantyhose now! I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but of all the cool ways that my life has changed, this is one of my favorites!  Bring on the skirts!

Awesome!  That day is sure the peak of the rollercoaster for many!

Hey DeAnna.. I know the feeling.. its great t wear pantyhose.. lol :) I got a great wow moment when I fit into a 15 Jr.. OMG I was shocked.. got me some cute little hipster long shorts.. I love them.. lol size 15 Jr.. WOW.. I am like you.. just loving this new way of dressing.. :) How you doing girl.. I miss ya!!  (((HUGS)))

OKay MaryLouise.....look at you gf!!! Hotty too!!! Congrats on getting into the junior clothes...isn't it the best? I have to mostly wear junior pants because of the way I was reconstructed.....oh darn like I so hate it!!! 11's are loose on me now and I am thinking....no not possible going into a 9...but I think it's gonna happen in the not too distant future!!!

BTW....speaking of 15's.....I found a pair of black shorts in the size in my closet....if you would like them...email me your address and I will gladly send them to you!

DeAnna is that just not the best???????????????? I know that has to feel awesome....I mean wearing them with no pain or rash....woohoo! I use to get them so bad when I was a teenager....and I cannot figure out for the life of me why I did because I was not fat at all and in fact quite fit! In passing years, I have rarely put on a pair of pantyhose......to my older son's wedding was the last time I did and that was 4 years ago. I only do it when I have to go to a formal function. Out here in the desert....were all just tan and go bare legged....I do not have to wear them to school and would not...would wear pants if I had to wear hose! LOL

BTW...your new avatar.....WOOHOO you sure are lookng mighty pretty girl!

Congrats! I totally feel ya on that ra**** sucks! I can't wait for the day when I can wear them too!
