July 4th 5k run/walk...

Hey everyone!! Just wanted to post another reminder that a few of us are going to being a 5k on July 4th in Huntington Beach...PLEASE join us!!! Its my first 5k and I have been walking all week in preperation..... Heres the link http://www.surfcityrun.com/

Hi Christina, Boy am I glad you posted this.  I was looking on the site for Monica's old post to get the link so I could sign up.   Willa and I were talking about this today.  We where thinking that it would be great to stay at the beach afterward and have a BBQ and visit.  Who is up for it?  I think it would be great to get to know everyone face to face and enjoy the day with family and friends.   This will be my first 5K too.  Had to bow out of the Corona Del Mar one.  I am looking forward to this one.   Laura

great idea about haning out at the beach..especially for the friends and family to join since its July 4th!! I would love to hang for a bit! I am still walking and pushing myself a little farther each day...wish me luck that I make the 3 1/2 miles.....!!! It will be nice to see everyone!

We would love to meet everyone, just let hubby and I know where to be and what to bring.

Hey everyone, I am so excited for this 5K and with everyone who is coming. We are going to the be OH July 4th 5K crew!!!  I think the day of we should all meet on the corner of Main and Yorktown at the Del Taco in the Albertsons shopping center.  I have to say the a BBQ is a fabulous idea and Laura and my family will be there. We would love for everyone to come and join us...
