Good Friday Morning Cali!!!!

Oh yeah, oh yeah....it is Friday...it's Friday and a Happy TGIF to all of you!!!

Okay how many of you teachers are doing the happy dance today?????   At 12:15 today....I am a free woman for 10 weeks and I could not be more thrilled!!!   Plus as soon as I can cut out of work, I get to pick up Ava to watch her for the rest of the day as her day care provider had a family emergency and she is spending the morning with her great grandmother. I am happy to do so.

Speaking of Ava....OMG she is crawling now...she was doing the combat crawl, but now she is full on crawling on her hands and knees and sitting up on her own. Seems weird and also hillarious to watch at the same time...she is also waving too....I just love it! BTW she went to the docs yesterday and her head has moved significantly since she was placed in that helmut and they said her head needs to move approximately another half inch or so for it to balance out! YAY!!

 

So what is on your agenda for the weekend? Anything good...not so good...you know like be responsible? I know I am just going to kick it...going to go to work on Monday to do the profit and loss sheets on the yearbook....and finish closing out my room. Other than that.....wow the sky is the limit!!!

Good morning calif....

Fresser is trying to help me this morning. I told her a few times, that I know how to type and that she really don't need to help. But she think the "petting" (typing) I am giving to the computer, should be hers.  She is just to cute. But at 17 pounds she is just not the lap type doggie, but she will be soon. We started Doggie Criag last night, and after talking to my vet went and got her some "really good" diet food for her. (that is what the vet called, Fresser thinks in a different way about it) We also enjoyed a nice walk last night, and after explaining to her, that I lead and she follows, which she thought was JUST WRONG! We came to agreement about who is boss. Yes, I won. Or atleast she is letting me think that way. LOL

Today is my last day for 3 whole days. I cant wait to sleep in for a little bit tomorrow. Before heading out with Sherrise and my sister to support group. Kevin and I had to change our plans for sunday, because Kevin will need to be home on sunday. So tomorrow after support we are going to golf and have dinner.

OK coffee is done, so time to get moving.

Good Morning Happy Dance Friday- I for one am so glad that it is Friday.  It has been a stressful week and some relaxation is in order.  Took time out for myself this morning, gave myself a pedicure and a manicure.  I really can't see having someone do it for me when I can do it myself.  Now I have pretty toes and fingernails.  Don't have much planned for the weekend.  The kids and my husband have been taking care fo the housework for me so I have the grocery shopping and laundry to do.  Which I don't mind doing because we all have our own way of doing things.  My husbands way of doing wash is to dry everything and my clothes don't get dried or they could end up fitting barbie LOL, and don't have my son do it you would never know what color you would end up with.  Going to go and see my in-laws this weekend and give my dad a call.  That is the only thing planned at the moment.   Have a great day everyone,   Sharon

Morning Janine and Cali - Happy end of the year for you teachers!  I'm looking at a boring summer when we slow down .. . but have to be there anyway .. . yuck! Going to the US Open on Saturday - one of my managers gave me tickets since I spent the week playing ticket mania with handing all these things out for management and clients .. . only to have them returned for different days .. . it was interesting . . . and the Open should be crazy cool.  Only thing is the Del Mar Fair ALSO opens on Saturday - so traffic on Sat and Sun should be a NIGHTMARE up in that area . . . Happy Father's Day to anyone who this might apply to.  My kids used to get me father's day cards when they were in school - since their's died 18 years ago . . . so I got "double" cards each year for Mother's and Father's day :D Have a great day everyone! Good morning Janine and Cali! TGIF for sure and Happy friday the 13th too! My cast came off yesterday and it looks like my thumb healed properly. It is pretty stiff and sore from being immobilized and will probably take about 2 weeks to get strength and range of motion back. I'm just glad to be out of that yucky cast. Saturday is regular errands and maybe get Sammi down to drive her car. Sunday we are having a big father's day dinner at my Mom's. Sam's parents, my grandpa, aunt and uncle and of course us 3. It should be agood time. Here's to a fantastic last day of school and woo hoo it's Friday! Sue

Good morning Janine and all the cali crew.  Well, I am going kayaking this morning with some of the LB gang.....am I scare?  yes a little as I have never done this before.  Am I excited?  Yes a little but I am just afraid I might get stuck or not be able to row, or tip over or something.....only time will tell.  Other than that not much on my agenda for the weekend. Gotta get back in bed I'm still sick. Its the COLD from HELL.  I did manage to workout yesterday, but I just ended up making myself feel worse.  The voice is coming back GO AVA!!! Have a safe TGIF everyone!!!! P.S. ITS FRIDAY THE 13TH!!!!!!!!!!

Man... you are so lucky to be done! Our senior finals begin today and regular finals are Tues-Thurs next week... grrrrr.. we had this principal who got it in his little head that graduation should always be the 3rd Friday of June and we're stuck with it! Looking forward to the weekend, though I'm gonna be spending a lot of time doing grades... hope to have them mostly done by Monday. One of my band mates backed into my car last night... I'm so frustrated... I just got it fixed from my Easter accident and now I have to go get quotes to get it fixed again... grrrrr. C h e e r s, gene
