The wizard just postponed!

It is now 11:55 am here in SF.  Just got a call from my surgeon's office stating there was some sort of mix up in the OR and my surgery is postponed until Monday 6/16.  Thanks to all who sent supportive messages.   I will hold on to them for Monday. ~~~ Pam

Isn't this the second time they did this to you?  I remember not to long ago someone posted that their surgery date was moved, was this you?  I would be so everything, mad, sad, disappointed...Are you on a liquid diet until Monday 6/16/08?  Do you have to stay in SF until Monday, or are you going home?   I know, a lot of questions, but I would be a bit upset. Hi Annabelle.  No this is the first and I hope last time this happens.  I live in SF so no worries about travel and yes, I will remain on the liquid diet until Monday.  I was given permission to use meal replacements that was on a few years ago so it's not so bad.  I have some variation with soups, puddings,  and shakes.  I am still waiting for a call to let me know what time I am scheduled on Monday.  I just hope the day doesn't change again. ~~~ Pam

Pam, I am glad that you can have some soups and meal replacements.  Hang in there girl, it so worth waiting for.  I waited 3 years from the time I started this process to getting my surgery. Annabelle
