Still haven't figured it out- confused
Hey Girlie,
I just eat when I'm hungry and try to make sure its what I'm supposed to eat. Then there are those times where I eat something not on the "correct WLS menu." Most importantly is my water , protein and vitamins for sure. I have a hard time eating that many (small) meals. I guess I would say I pretty much eat 3 small meals per day.
