operating engineers #12 lap band Dr. Billy ???

Does anyone with operating engineers insurance local 12 know if they cover lap band surgery?  And what doctors?  I know there is a Dr. Billy in Ventura that does lap band but don't know if insurance covers lap band. Thank you for your help

I don't know about insurance coverage, I was mostly a self pay, but I can tell you that Dr. Billy is an amazing surgeon, and I am a huge fan!  Email me if you need any information about him or his staff.
