I know it has been asked many times before, but how do you change your picture on your posts

I know how to add pictures to my profile page, but updating my picture for my posts, I forgot how to. I use photobucket.com, and would like to take a new picture and change the one that is on currently. Thanks, xoxo Annabelle

in the left menu you will see one that says "User settings", go in there.
