Good Morning Calif.....
This is my 7th day of working. I wanted to cry this morning when the alarm went off. But I am off the next two days. YAY!!! Two of the days, I only went in for a few hours. But come heck or high water, I am sleeping in tomorrow. I am also hoping to go golf tomorrow, or wednesday.
Not much happening with me today, Just work!

Glad to hear that you had a great weekend!! Busy is good really.
If I were you, I would get on the horn and make that appointment so that when your six months supervised diet date is up....wella you wil not only have your appointment, but will not have to wait longer to get any appointment! I am so happy for you Jeni....I know 6 months did not seem to fly for you,but I feel like it was just yesterday you blew on the borads got denied and had to do the supervised diet thingie. Just remember, you are almost there!
This marks my last week of school and that last time for a while that I wil have to say....4 more days of work...whatever...YAY!!!!!! I wish I could play hookie from work like I did on Friday, but I also have to start distributing the fabulous yearbook! Although today will be a light day with the seniors on their field trip!
If you all wondered where I disappeared to, I went to Vegas on Friday for my former boss/friend wedding. I didn't get home until nearly nearly midnight last night. Had a great time with friends and their families....saw some people I had not seen for a while....received some very nice compliments and I think for me what was the best was being able to be at the pool and not feel uncomfortable with wearing a bikini top with board shorts.....a wow moment...I guess in a way....but above the wow moment...the feeling of confidence out weighed the wow!

Travelin' down the road to skinny!
I had a nice, relaxing weekend just puttering around the house, mostly in the garden of course!!! As a matter of fact now that I think about it I never left the house all weekend after I parked my truck Friday after work. The weather was beautiful here with the high temp around 92 and a bit humid but not bad. And, just think, only four more days until next weekend!
I applaud your dedication to getting the 6 month diet out of the way Jeni. I, too, was denied and had to do the same diet first then got approved right away. So hang in girl, you are almost there. For me it wasn't a bad thing either as I just kept learning more and more and meeting lot's of OHer's and hearing about their experiences so I was well prepared mentally and physically for my own surgery and journey. Now a year and a half later I am 230 lighter and happy like never before in my life with my physical condition.
