Good SUNDAY Morning

Good Morning Calif.....

Here I sit, drinking my wonderful coffee.  All brokenhearted, that I have to go to work. I  don't wont to   I wanted to sleep in this morning and I would have if the alarm didn't scream at me to get my behind out of bed.    

OMG! right nowon the news. They where talking about an AIDS bike ride.  Over 500 hundred miles.    And I thought I was tried. OK I am good now.  They did raise over 10 mil for AIDS project LA. WOW! Bike on!

Not much going on with me. Im working, but its going to be a great day. So I hope you all get outdoors and enjoy that Vitumins C. Doing whatever floats your boat, and enjoy still being above groud.

Don't forget your water no matter what you are doing. Enjoy all you are able to do. Even if it coming over to my work and bring me an ice tea.

Good Morning back to you and Good Morning to everyone else.  It's Sunday and it's NASCAR day.  Only thing I live for, well that and alot of other things too.  It will be a beautiful day today and I am looking forward to doing NOTHING.  Been sick with a cold for 4 weeks.  This is NUTS, but I think I am on the mend now.  I had better be, I think I am running the city out of water I drinking so much. I have given up the hunt for a furbaby. 3 NO'S! in as many weeks is to much for me. I will get me a new tat for my birthday, and call it done!

I hope to see you next weekend????? So I can bring somethings for you?

GOOD MORNING STEVE..

I WROTE A NOVEL ON THE MORNING POST... OMG DID I. I PUT THIS ON MY POST BUT I JUST WANTED TO STOP IN AND POST A BIG THANK YOU PERSONALLY TO YOU FOR GETTING ME BACK IN TO THE BACK YARD AND PLANTING FLOWERS. LIKE I POSTED IN MY MORNING POST MY FLOWERS ARE TO MANY AND UNORGANIZED.

 BUT WHEN I AM OUT THERE, I JUST SEEM TO SAIL AWAY TO PLACE THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN IN 30 YEARS. I AM OUT THERE FOR A GOOD 2 HOURS WITH OUT KNOWING IT SO I GET EXERCISE OF SORTS AND I AM NOT ON THE COUCH. I GET SUN ON MY SKIN THAT HASN'T SEEN  FOR 20 YEARS. I FEEL COMPLETLY AT PEACE WHEN I AM OUT THERE, AND MY GRAND DAUGHTER DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A HERMIT LIKE I AM. WELL AT LEAST THERE IS A LITTLE TIME IN THE DAY WHEN THE BOTH OF US ARE NOT HERMITS OR MOLE PEOPLE. 

IF YOU READ MY MORNING POST YOU WILL READ WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT WITH THE MESS IN THE YARD. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I AM DOING IT ALL RIGHT. I LOOK THINGS UP ON THE COMPUTER IF I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO PRUNE AND WHEN AND HOW TO PLANT AND WITH WHAT.

THE BIGGEST THING IS I WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO FIND SOMETHING THAT KEEPS ME BUSY AND HAPPY AND NOT SO DEPRESSED. YOU MY FRIEND ARE WONDERFUL. ONE OF THESE DAYS I WOULD LOVE TO COME AND SEE YOUR GARDEN AND MEET YOU AND D IN PERSON. I HOPE IT HAPPENS. I AM WORKING ON IT BY JUST BEING OUT IN THE BACK YARD AND OFF THE COUCH.

Hi'ya Lu, good Sunday morning to you and all the Crew!   I am sure you are on the way in to work by now so I'm sending good thoughts and positive vibes for a drama free and productive day at work that flies by for you! I spent most of the afternoon puttering around the garden yesterday and will be doing the same today. Nothing else on the agenda for D and I today. The weatherbug forecast is saying a high of 92 here today, a bit warmer than yesterday. Sounds lush to me. It still blows be away when I think how two years ago I would have been in the house by 11am with the A/C blasting when the temp got this warm and now we just leave the house open and I am working in the yard! Amazing.    OK Cali Crew, what's up with you?  Yeah Y O U!!!! Stop readin' and start   !!!!! Have yourselves a terrific day everyone and don't forget your water and sunscreen too if you will be outdoors today!

I feel pretty good this morning, considering the hills I shuffled over yesterday. I got a family lunch today at the Macaroni Grill. Blech! I HATE the Macaroni Grill! I didn't mind before surgery, but now it's just gross to me.   My mom likes it though, so I'll go. It'll be a fun chance to show-off in front of my sister. :D

Good Morning to Everyone in Cali~~~~~~~~~~~~ It sure is going to be a warm day with no wind.....  I think it's give the horses a bath day. Tomorrow I go in for the Facet Joint Injections in my neck.  Hurray -  it will help get rid of this lingering headache I've had for a week, the Physical Therapist has had me doing arm work and that will get my neck muscles screeming and give me a headache - but gotta do them and get my strength back. Hoping everyone enjoys their day...

Morning! I had a GREAT day yesterday and today is looking to be the same.  I was able to get some decent sleep, although my back woke me up around 730 this am and I tried to force myself back to sleep until about 9.  Pretty sore this morning, looking forward to traction on Tuesday. I am heading out in a couple of hours to hang by the pool at my SIL's house and play with the kiddos. Then an early night for them, as they start summer school tomorrow.  Hope everyone has a fantastic day!!
