Hi there, I attend a group every Thursday night at Raley's (Madison and Hazel, 7:00 - 9:00pm in the event center inside the store).   We have a mixed group - mostly RNY, a few Lap Banders, etc. - but we are all there to support one another.  Please feel free to give us a try, anytime!   Hope to see you sometime

Dr. Machado of Sacramento Bariatrics has a support group.  You could go to her website & find out when.  They are really, really nice.
