Down 10lbs!
Scale read 155. I'm still up 15lbs from my lowest, but I feel so good. Things are fitting again, my blood pressure is excellent, I'm full of energy! I saw a friend I hadn't seen in over a year. He said, "wow, you're still looking great and keeping the weight off!" It's been a long time since I've had a wow moment!
So I'm doing another round of the 5day pouch test tomorrow. It really seems to be getting my pouch back in gear. I truly cannot eat as much. I dunno? but it seems to be working, so I'm sticking with it.
I leave for Hawaii on Friday, so I expect I'll be gaining some weight back, but I'm not afraid of it anymore. I know I can lose it! It is such a good feeling!

I lost 9 lbs when I did the 5DPT and then gained 3 back within days of eating regular food again. I was happy to have kept 6 off though. When you do it, what are some foods you eat on the different days? I need ideas. Did you supplement and add any veggies or anything? Or only the protein? I would like to do another round too but need ideas for days 3-5. Also, did you eat soft proteins on days 4 and 5 or just on day 3? I wasted so much food because I didn't carry it over for the next days because I didn't know if I was supposed to? So I had bought cottage cheese, etc and then just tossed it out because I wasn't sure if it was allowed on days 4 and 5. Does that make sense? Can you have a ground turkey patty on day 5 since it is supposed to be firm protein? LOL---ok, I'm rambling! You know what I mean though! We are leaving for Key West next week and I'd love to lose a few more pounds!
