Hello California, I'm a newbie
Congrats to you !!! Your surgery is exactly one week after mine. I had never had surgery before but I can now tell you I would not fear doing it again. The doc said he was giving me something to relax and I thought I would just relax and keep watching all the people getting stuff ready but, nope. I was out and then woke up in recovery. The nurse was right there with pain med for me. No nausea at all.
You will do terrific, dont sweat it.

Wow...a newbie....I remember the feeling of pre jitter surgery. It's actually a very fond memory and I just wish I would've followed the directions. I'm over 4 years out and I never reached goal and on the up. Please don't take the risks of falling of the wagon cuz its hard to get back on. Don't disrespect your Dr's work and just do what he says!!!!
Good Luck to you!
