Corona Del Mar 5k Recap

It was a beautiful morning in the OC today as the women began thier very own 5k. The men ran separately earlier in the morning. The course wound it's way through the most beautiful neighborhood full of gazillion dollar homes. About halfway through the run the sun broke through the clouds and I think it was one of the first times I ran in full sunlight.

Good thing I had sunblock.

I hit the one mile mark at 14:20
Two miles at 28:40
and I completed the 3.1 miles at 46:38

Not a bad day considering the how many hills there were on the course!!!

Afterwards I got to catch up with the lovely Miss Willa and her mom. They walked the 2-mile course and they looked so refreshed and happy afterwards you would have never known she had taken a good long walk. Willa, you're looking good girl!!!!!!

I only snapped a few pics with my camera phone, maybe Willa has some better ones.
