I am 7 months old...yesterday!!!

Yesterday I turned 7 months post op.  I have to say that the last 7 months has been nothing less then uneventful.  When I started out on this journey 7 months ago I had one main goal in mind and that was to lose weight and make healthier choices. I have to say I have accomplished that. I see it!!!  I have learned to live moment by moment knowing that with each moment I can make a better choice. Who would of thought that me, Willa would ever choose an apple over some cheeze it's. Yes it is true I love apples, along with grapes, oranges, sweet pea's, green beans, o how I can go on for days.  Mind you I use to hate all of this stuff, I was a sweets lover, cakes, cookies, and candy were my best friend. So moment by moment I live. Over the past 7 months I have learned that I am no longer looked at in this world as "fat". I am a normal size person!!!    I have posted a before pic and a 7 month pic. I am so very proud of myself and want to thank everyone on this board who has been there for me through the hard times. Thank you!!! before at 260lbs 7 months out 163lbs

I am so proud of you.   What an accomplishment. You look like a completely different person.
