Hey Gus, How was your consult with Dr. Kent? Just curious! :-)

Yup! I'm still around..... My consult with Kent went very well.  My impression of Kent was very positive. He cracked a few jokes and seems to have a good sense of humor. Well, I'm definitely a candidate to have a tummy tuck.  He provided his opinion on two types of procedures and I will go with his recommendation.  I do not have expectations to look like Ken barbie and is good according to Kent.   I'm excited to have this done and over with......The only thing I'm dreading is having to trade off not being able to work out and do my step aerobics for a short time period.  I know, it's only for a few weeks or a good 3-4 months? Anyhow, the total price will be $7,200.  I do feel comfortable with him as others such as you have seen him. Here's the big question......When am I going to have it done?  NEXT WEEK!!!!!! Just kidding.......I would like to do it after summer so.....We'll see if it does become a reality! Thanks for checking on me!

Awesome news! I had my pre-op yesterday and all went well too! I asked about working out....I am addicted to the gym right now. He told me I could start walking as soon as I felt like it, and he said at about 10 days out I should feel okay to actually walk on the treadmill. He said the pace is up to me. No abdominal weights for 6 weeks though!! My surgery is Friday! I am having full tummy tuck, lipo to pubic area and hips, lipo to neck and abdominal muscles tightened! I have my second procedure...arm lift and excision of the breast tissue underneath my armpit schedule for late July!  I am very happy with my entire experience so far! I wish you the best of luck! There was a guy there yesterday when I was there....was it you?

Yeah....was it during the 4 o'clock hour?  Were you sitting on a chair and he was using the computer imaging thingy?

I was leaving at 4:00....no computer for me. I was in his office, then in his patient room, then back in his office! :-)

Dr. Kent Rocks!! You will both be so happy with your results. He is a right to the point kinda of guy but I did have a chance to experience some of his humor during several of my visits with him.  His office is great and always so helpful and the after care center that he sends you too is Wonderful as well. Best of luck to both of you, it's so worth the money, in fact it's priceless!!! Kathy
