HELP ME I REALLY NEED HELP/support group ibn S.D.

I am two weeks out post opp and I have really come to realize that i need help with this thing.I live in CARLSBAD,OCEANSIDE area and i need a support group.I heard from my friend that there is one at the TRi CITY HOSPITAL once a month but i am really not getting anwhere.Help PLease
