RESCHEDULED AGAIN !!!!!!

June 2, 2008 UPDATE!!! Surgery has been rescheduled AGAIN!! I have a virus and have to be wait for 7-10 days. Next surgery date is on June 30, 2008. Is this an Omen or what I swear I keep getting close and nothing to show for it. Salena

No its not an omen. There maybe a reason why you are needed to wait, so, wait you do.

It will all be good. Use this time to get everything ready. Again.

Take your meds and get all better, in the mean time, increase your protein. To help with healing.

Salena....talk about an omen..my mom was ON THE TABLE for cataract surgery when there was a power failure at the hospital! She's like, should I get this surgery or what?? LOL.....

Your day will come soon, and you do need to be healthy...so...rest up...heal... and the 30th will be here before we know it!

Sorry to hear about your surgery being re-scheduled, but everything happens for a reason. Just think of it as an opportunity to get yourself and other personal matters in order before your big day. Kim

I can appreciate what you are going through. I was scheduled for June 5, tomorrow, but Monday I received a call from my surgeon's office saying that an issue came up with my GI report. Now she has to go in for an EGD, where she will be sedated and a tube will go down her throat and if needed repair in preparation for the surgery. Once she gets a GI clearance they will be able to perform the surgery. At this time it is uncertain as to when the procedure and surgery will be performed. However they have informed me that they will be within the next month. You are not alone.

My process began, now, over a year ago, and it’s been a crazy rollercoaster ride, physically, mentally, emotionally, but though all of this I have drawn closer to God. I give you credit for sticking through all of this.
