looking for exercise/support buddy in East Sacramento

Hi I had a vertical gastrectomy May 13.  I'm down 18 lbs since surgery and down a total of 26 (was told to loose some wt before surgery) and I have 92lbs to goal.  I'm doing good but I need to go back to the gym .... have a membership at "24 hour fitness" and would like to find a work out friend/support.  I had Dr. Cirangle do my surgery and the support group doesn't meet until June 28th so I'm looking for additional help.  Anyone out there interested? mags

I exercise at the gym a whole lot. If you don't find anyone through OH to workout with you, I recommend you find a class or classes to join at the gym and begin to socialize there.  I'm a gym rat and today, I'm the social person there and, I get to workout with the other rats....it's fun!
