CONGRATS RnR mARATHONERS
Lu,
Before I became anemic, my pace was 15:30. On a really good day with would be sub 13 mins. Since the anemia, my pace is 17:40 (approximately). I am hoping to see an improvement regarding my pace since taking the iron pills everyday.
I want to do another 6 mile run again (from Sunday before last). I did not like that last run.

Sounds good to me. I just went on the LB Marathon website and it stated that if you haven't reached the 4th mile marker by 8:30am, then a shuttle will pick you up and take you to Ocean Blvd. The police wants to re-open Harbor Scenic Drive. I don't want to be scooped up by the shuttle. Also, we have to complete the run by 1:30pm. Kim

I think that is for the FULL. I am only doing the 1/2 and I am sure that I can hit 4 miles by 8:30 that would be an 1.5 of running. I can do that. How long did it take you last year? For me it like 3.5 hours. I will go and look and let you know for sure. But last year I cramped up at mile 5 and had a hard fight the rest of the way.
