DAMN GOOD QUESTION GIRL.  AND, I GOT WAAAAY TO MANY WORKOUTS SONGS FOR YOUR Ipod to hold girl.  But, let me give you what I'm listening to now: Ciara- One Two Step, So What Actually, a lot of Ciara songs I walk/run/jog to. I listen to a lot of Hip/Hop & Rap so, its just about rythm for me Webbie-Independent I will come back(edit) and add to this list, I gotta change clothes, run and jump on the bus, to go to my weight training class with my psycho instructor HUGS!

Hi, Two of my favorites are "Jump" by Van Halen, and "Walkin on Sunshine" not sure who the artist is though, a female sings it. Both are great upbeat songs.  Kim B

Different band almost every mile...  you might not need as much as you think... I take my shuffle with me just in case I get bored... so mething that was just suggested to me was to download podcasts of radio shows, etc, that I'm interested in - helps to keep your brain focused instead of getting lost in the music and makes the time go faster...well... at least seems like it! Hey you, Just wanted to wish you the best for the weekend. I haven't listened to my Ipod in ages, but the ones that helped me to move were Beyonce (get yer fre *** dress on) and some oldies that probably wouldn't motivate you very much (I am weird that way). Anywho, best wishes girlie!!
