Hi MaryLouise, are you drinking enough fluids? Maybe your hunger is really thirst? Try drinking water or whatever you drink before you eat and see if that helps. Wait awhile and if you still feel hungry then have a healthy snack. Hope this helps.

I agree with Elisa about just drinking some water...that would usually tell me if that was head hunger for sure. And you know you have to think MaryLouise that you are going through a bit of a re-adjustment moving and all...that can set off some triggers that you do not even realize. Hunger could also be caused by eating carbs too. I know you are in a hard place with the hunger right now, but remember those cravings to eat really don't last very long....just hang in there and drink something!!! I do feel for you! BTW...love your new board pic!

Hey Janine.. ty for the advise.. yeah picking up more fluids through out the day has helped alot.. I have not moved recently but I have been under a lot of stress with work.. so I am sure that in itself played a huge factor as well.. before surgery food would comfort me in those times.. now I have to find other ways to adjust.. so its understandable.. ty for the great advise.. I appreciate it.. (((HUGS)))

Maybe it's time for us to all get together again.......when we're busy talking there's no time for eating and you'll forget your hunger.

What's on your schedule for this weekend?

I have been so hungry lately, too!  What's going on with us?  Some kind of 5 1/2 month hunger spike?  So weird!   Other people's advice sounds good, about drinking the water.  I will have to try that, too!   Did you move, too?  I must have missed that!  Are you still in Modesto? Well I hope the hunger passes, for both of us!

Nope I am still in Riverbank.. didnt move.. though I would love to.. lol and i agree the drinking more water has helped me a WHOLE lot.. and its weird but I had been so busy that I was not able to work out for a whole week and now that I am back to that again I dont feel the hunger as much either.. of course who would of thought after two days I would already feel the differance.. along with more fluids I am sure that helps..
