Congrats and Welcome Reenie!!! I quit smoking 3 years ago adn it was the hardest thing I ever did, but I am so happy to be Smoke Free!!!  I feel better.I don't have that yucky dry cough any more, or ciggy smell.  Good Luck!  You are doing great!  Just do not look back!!! I am soon to have the Lap Band Surgery as well!  Doc says RNY is almost too much surgery for me.  I am happy with that decision though.  It's an exciting time, so enjoy!!! Jeni
