Catt, I am so sorry to hear about your Uncle.  Your right we need to take the time to tell people just what they have meant to us because you just never know if you will get that chance. God Bless you and your family, I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers. Jeni

GOOD MORNING JENI.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOUR NEPHEW. WOW HONORS TO BOOT. I BET YOU ARE A PROUD AUNTIE FOR SURE.

I BET YOU GRANDSON DID WEAR YOU OUT, THEY ARE SO GOOD AT DOING THAT.

SO NICE TO HEAR THAT YOU HAD A WONDERFUL WEEKEND.

FOR A CHANGE I HAD A WONDERFUL ONE ALSO,,, IT WAS REALLY DIFFERENT FOR ME, PLUS I STAYED UP WAY PAST MY BEDTIME ALL WEEKEND. TODAY I AM SOOO TIRED AND MY ARTHRITIS IS KILLING ME AND MY HIPS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BURNING, BUT IN THE LONG RUN IT WAS WORTH IT.  HUBBY IS BACK TO WORK TODAY AFTER A LONG VACATION WEEKEND SINCE THURSDAY. I LOVED HAVING HIM HOME FOR SO MANY DAYS, IT'S JUST THAT IT WASN'T ENOUGH. NEVER EVER THOUGHT I WOULD HEAR MYSELF SAY THAT.  SO TODAY THERE IS NO ONE HERE EXCEPT THE BOARDERS.  MY 2 YEAR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER AND MY DAUGHTER AND SON IN-LAW HAVE BEEN AT DISNEYLAND SINCE SATURDAY SO WITH NO BODY HERE BUT HUBBY AND I WE WORKED ON THE BACK YARD.  BUT LIKE I SAID HE IS BACK TO WORK TODAY AND THE KIDS DON'T GET HOME TILL TOMORROW SO TODAY IS A REAL ALONE DAY.  I THINK I WILL GO OUT BACK AND CLEAN UP AROUND THE YARD AND THEN COME IN AND JUST RELAX. THAT'S IT FOR MY DAY.

HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY TODAY AND TAKE CARE.

hey there Jodi Girl!!!  I am so glad you had a good weekend!  Sorry about the pain though.............sometimes it is worth it!  lol I just spoke with my Mother and she is still recouping from the graduation.  She is 81 years old and we kept her out until after midnight Friday night!  (she's usually in bed by 8:00pm) But she was a trooper!  We did have to get security to bring a golf cart to give us a ride back out to our car because there was no way Mom was going to make that long walk after it was over.  All in all it was worth it.  Even the baby waking me every 2 1/2 to 3 hours!  hehehehe 100_1905.jpg Kingsley & Tomis image by jendenniHere is a picture of the two darlin's! That did not last too long!  hehehehe Take care sweety!  Love,  Jeni

OH JENI WHAT AN ADORABLE PICTURE OF YOUR GRAND KIDS, WOW 81 YEARS OLD AND SHE WENT. HECK THEY WOULD HAVE NEEDED MORE THEN A GOLF CART JUST TO GET ME TO LEAVE AND I AM 54. CONGRATS TO HER.SOUNDS LIKE YOUR MOM IS SOMETHING ELSE. THAT'S FANTASTIC THAT SHE WAS ABLE TO GO. I AM STILL IN PAIN FROM MY WEEKEND. BUT THEN AGAIN I AM STILL PLANTING AND CHANGING THE WEBBING ON THE CHAIN LINK FENCE THAT WE PUT UP TO KEEP THE KIDS OUT OF THAT LITTLE BIT OF THE YARD. IT HAS 2 CARS AND A SHED ON IT. DON'T WANT THEM OVER THERE. HUBBY GOT ALMOST ALL DONE WITH THE DEEP GREEN WEBBING AND I JUST COULDN'T STAND THE LOOK OF IT. WHAT A GUY HE BOUGHT ME THE REDWOOD AND DARK BROWN SMILED AND HANDED IT TO ME AND SAID HAVE FUN... WELL I GUESS I DID KIND OF PU**** BUT HE IS SUCH A GREAT GUY, HE KNOWS MY HANDS CAN'T HANDEL IT ALL SO WE STARTED IT TOGETHER. WE ARE ALMOST 1/2 WAY DONE. I THINK IT LOOKS MUCH BETTER, HE EVEN TOLD ME YESTERDAY THAT IT DID LOOK MUCH BETTER. THEN I HAVE A BASKET WITH CASCADING WHITE ROSES IN FRONT OF IT. IF I CAN JUST FIGURE OUT THE LAY OUT OF THE YARD IT WOULD BE GREAT.   I'M PRETTY SURE I GOT TO MANY FLOWERS FOR THE YARD, BUT HUBBY ISN'T SAYING A WOOD AS HE WENT TO PICK ME UP SOME SOIL AND HE WALKS IN THE FRONT DOOR WITH 2 BEAUTIFUL 5 FOOT ROSE TRESS. OMG I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED ROSE TREES AND THESE ARE HUGE. WELL TAKE CARE AND HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY,

Good Morning, I had a great weekend.  The movie "Ironman" was great. Hung out with some friends.  Went for a run on Sunday.  I did not like it because I got out of breath and overheated.  I have read that anemia minics exhaustion: dizziness, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue.  So I bought some iron pills hoping that I will feel better.  I could not survive 50 seconds running most of the time. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Kim

Good morning to all!  I am new here and have enjoyed reading all the posts!  I am currently in the process of getting a surgery date for lap band.  I've been referred by my pcp, had the psych and now have appointments for nutritionist and counselling then they'll set the surgery date.  I am anticipating this!  I finally managed to quit smoking 4+ months ago.  I told myself I had to do this before I could even begin the process!  And, I did it and haven't even been tempted to cheat.  What a wonderful feeling.   I'm having a "farewell" party for all my favorite foods prior to surgery.  I know I"m addicted to foods and this way I can mentally take the time to savor the taste, commit to memory and then move on.  I am so ready to do this.  Looking forward to being able to do so many of the things I've just sat on the side-lines and watched for the past 30 years!  Hopefully in the next year or so I'll be off the side-lines and on the front! Just wanted to thank everyone for all the positive comments and support!  I'm totally encouraged by this community!  M
