Been there and exercise definitely helps a lot to propel you out of depression. Its better than any medication.
One of my Summer School classes is a Weight Training class and this Instructor is NO NONSENSE!
So, I know I will be in the gym for at least 3 hours a day from M-Th.
I hate him already,
but I know I'm gonna love the results inside and out.
