support groups

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any support groups in or around Amador County. I am in the beginning stages going in 3 weeks for the information seminar. I am doing everything I can to be ready for when I am a post-op. I also think that the support groups would be a good place to go and talk to people thta have already had the surgery.  So if you know of any in this area please let me know.
