Losing weight

I do have a lot of energy now, but I get real tired 2-3 times a month, and my body requires a lot of sleep, then after the good sleep I feel better, and notice that my body loses weight after.  During this time I urinate more before I get tired, then sleep and lose weight.....It is very interesting to see how my body is losing.  NEVER GIVE UP .. 355 higest, 312 WLS day, 135 current, no longer OBEASE,, lost 220, and IM AT GOAL!!!!!!

It sounds like you are doing great!  I notice the same thing, I always seem to weigh less on Saturday morning, after I've slept in!  Keep getting that sleep!

Thanks De Anna, I slept 7 hours, then took a 4 hour nap.........Boy do I feel better.

Lucky you! I feel like I haven't slept in 3.5 years LOL. I am sooooo tired. Greatfully, my inlaws are taking Sammi tonight so I can sleep all night and sleep in tomorrow morning without interruption. I can't wait! here's to getting some sleep! sue
