What is 5DPT?

Good day everyone. I'm new here and I'm wondering - what is 5DPT? I'm having a heck of a time being 5 years postop. I do miss the honeymoon but I believe my tool is working as long as my head works with it.   Its real hard. My head and my tool are not cooperating - but I'm not giving up.  I need support.  As much as my family loves me -- I need support and strength from  'my own kind'   I look forward to meeting some of you at the May luncheon in Santee. My day is busy so I will return later.  My daughter's prom is tonight so I'm busy transporting kids and their 'all day' prom night preparations.   Have a great day.  -Teresa

Thank you JudyAnne.  I went to the link you provided and I printed the 5 day pouch test journal.  I will begin today.   It will be challenging since I'm going to a BBQ hosted by the brother of my high school best friend.  I haven't seen her for several years.  She is from WY and our lives keep missing each other.  She is a little person and her little belly has always been sensitive.  I suppose I will feel more comfortable not eating with her.       Thanks for the info.  I appreciate it. -Teresa
