5DPT, Who's still in?
I am happy to say I have made it to day 5.
I went to dinner with my friend last night and even tho refried beans were not in the 5DPT I ordered a bean & cheese burrito and was barely able to finish 1/2 of it. Now I remember that full feeling and to my amazement, I remained full all evening, I did cheat with 5 tortilla strips with salsa, but stopped after 5!
Lisa B, oh I feel for you g/f! I am not sure if we are suppose to use any foods previously allowed but I have been using sf popsicles, jello & pudding in the evenings when the snack bug hits. I figure one of those is the lesser of 2 evils.
Today is dense protein and I am really not a red meat eater so I am going to get by on shakes and protein coffee until I figure out what I will eat for dinner.
I will see tomorrow if this 5 DPT worked this time but I do feel as if I have lost weight and inches. This is a good wakeup call for me. During these 5 days I have realized how badly I have been ignoring my "tool" and whether conciously or unconciously sabotaging myself. I have proved I can stay on track and go back to the good foods I should be eating.
So, how has everyone else been doing and who's still in?

And since this is the second time around... I am DONE!!! :-) Ground beef and salmon ysterday and not much else..
Going out tonite and don't plan on just eating solid protein.
But it worked wonderfully.. got back on track with water, carbs and the "full feeling"!
Yay! I will not be doing this again for awhile but I am glad I did it this time!

I'm still in...though hanging by a thread. My sore throat has turned into full blown sickies. I took my staff to lunch today and had a chicken salad (dressing on the side.) And I felt really full too!
I've been popping sugar free cough drops like candy though. So I don't have much of an appetite anyway. Probably just a shake tonight to try to get close to my protien requirement (cuz I'm way short today).
