I'M HUNGRY!!!!
YOu can do it Lisa...have you rediscovered the full feeling? The evening snack monster or rather the at home snack monster is dangerous. I really don't like him (yup it's got to be a guy to be that annoying) but once this is all done you'll rediscover some things about yourself and hopefully you'll have slayed the carb monster as well.
Enjoy your movie! I'll be thinking of you =)

Hi Lisa,
I relied on Tylenol PM 2x's during my first round of the 5dpt. I haven't been nearly as hungry. In addition to following the plan, I've cut out splenda. I read (a long time ago and now I can't find the article). That splenda can trigger cravings. I dismissed it when I was in my honeymoon period, but am trying it all now. And I have to say, the carb cravings are gone gone gone. Not sure if its the 5day or and/or the splenda. But I like not using sweeteners now.
Hope today is better for you.
You know Rachel I have been thinking alot about the fact that I use ALOT of sweet & low...I use it in my coffee and iced tea. I read that any of the artificial sweetners can cause increase in appetite as well as the caffeine can also. I am going to try to cut out all sweetners and as much caffeine as I can to start...can't do it cold turkey......and see what happens. I think that could be why I feel so darn hungry at the end of the day.
Thanks for the imput...it made me remember that!
It is a 5 day "diet" that you can do if you start to feel like you are not getting that "full" feeling in your pouch anymore or feel like you eat too much. It is for people who are like a year + post op.
