Truth....I am feeling very sick...thanks Rach for asking! BTW you are doing killer good on 5DPT!!! 

Oh honey, so sorry to hear about your bite!!! What a crappy way to start a long weekend!! I hope the pain and misery is gone soon enough for you to enjoy your 3 day weekend!  Congrats on the students that you helped in forming into college bound students, you should be proud!!  Feel better sweetie and don't worry about the weight gain, you are doing too good for it to bring you down!!      biggest hugs and love, Becky

predisone is one of my personal nightmares---- I have asthma---and so get stuck on it from time to time---but hte worst was years ago---- a doc gave me predisone shots every 6 weeks---for a sikin irritation/excema  that was actually sress related---I gained 100 #'s!!! .   Now, when the asthma gets really bad-- I have to do the 7-pac----- I gain weight--- I am really hungry----- and when it's all over very moody!!! ---so please be careful!! Last few times---I was able to be really concious and at least not gain any weight. Oh!  it's a tough one. So just be really concious---is the best tip I can give! Take care, Lori
