I'm finally obese!!!

I just said goodbye to super obesity, and now am only "obese".  I'm stoked...next step...."overweight"...boy that will feel good :)

Hey Heather - congrats to you.   How do you figure this out - where can I fing the "formula"  I had it once and don't remember how to do it.  I would like to know where I stand now.  Keep up the great work - you are rockin it.

BMI	CATEGORY
Below 18.5	Underweight
18.5 - 24.9	Healthy
25.0 - 29.9	Overweight
30.0 - 39.9	Obese
Over 40	Morbidly obese

There are some varying charts out there, but this is one I found.  If you go to ASK.Com and ask about BMI catagories, it should take you to a couple different sites with different information.  Hope this helps :)
