Good Morning Cali.....I am doing a type-by this moring. I tried to post in the middle of the night, but the site was down.

So today...it is hot...we broke record heat out here in the desert like many of you also did...so remember to drink bunches of water!

Here is the newest little chicken kicker of my family....Hunter yesterday! I think he needed a beer in that hand of his...then he really would have been his dad's son!

Good Monday morning janine and cali! Just a type by for me as well. Seems to be taking extra time to do just about anything these days so I want to get an earlier start.  Sammi was up at 3:30 thiss mornign and wouldn't go back to bed. Figures she fell asleep on the couch about 15 minutes ago (When it's time for me to get up! LOL) It's going to be a long day.... Hope everyone has a great Manic Monday. As Steve would say, only 4 more days to a 3 day weekend! Woo Hoo Sue

Janine - You are so thoughtful and caring. Thanks! Please don't worry, I'll be ok. I  think I'm just tired from lack of sleep. I promise I'll call the Dr. next week if I don't feel better after getting to sleep ALL Sunday night into the late hours of Monday morning. That Hunter man is one cute baby! Good Morning CALI crew I hope you all had a great weekend. I had a good one although I was a little stressed.
Today my students do their power point presentations. If you all have a moment think good thoughts and/or pray for them some are very nervous. I know they will do well, I just want them to be comfortable with what they will be doing in front of so many people.

Good Monday Morning Janine and Crew! My weekend was great but would have been better if the temps hadn't been in the triple digits all weekend! But the weather forecast says it will start cooling down a bit today and return to average temps by midweek. That's a good thing! Much too early in the year for heat like this. On the other hand I can hardly believe that Memorial Day weekend is upon us in four more days! Thumbs up for the three day weekend and unofficial start of the summer season!  Oh, and here is a picture of my nephew Jason on his way to the graduation ceremony yesterday morning.  Can't tell you how proud I am of this guy! We are still going to be in the triple digits Steve today....they say 109...so that means even hotter on the east end of the valley where I teach....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
