Are we ready for day one of the 5DPT?
I am in. I need to post and be accountable to myself. I just realized, in reading your post, that I did not plan past the liquid phase. **sigh**
So I am going to today:
1. Plan out my meals for days 3-5. And get a meal plan in place.
2. Re-start my gym membership. I tried on Saturday, but no one could help me. I have had it on medical freeze since my knee surgery, and need to get to unfrozen! That will get done today!!!
3. I should also stay away from the scale. I am HUGE on the reward system (thanks Mom!), so I need to control myself.
4. Plan and Focus on my long term goals.
