Are we ready for day one of the 5DPT?
Good Morning gang, Here we go. Day one has begun. I have my sf jello and sf pudding all made. I went to the store and bought some soup and a case of crystal light (on sale at Costco).
I have checked the allowed food for days 3, 4, and 5 and have a plan ready. When I did this last time I made the Parmesan Tuna Patties for day 3 and they are delicious! I always have salmon so day 5 is the only day I do not have a plan for. I have 2 mini goals: 1. Stay off the scale until Saturday morning. I think,, no i KNOW I use the scale to guage what I can eat. If I have lost a 1/2 pound or have not gained, I allow myself a treat and not always a good treat! I caught myself thinking that this weekend and it was a wake up call for me. 2. Go to the gym at least 2 times during these 5 days. I have not been going regularly. I go, just not as much as I should. The last thing I feel like is going to the gym after 10 or more hours at work but I am going to make a concious effort to go. So, is everyone ready? Let's support each other and draw of each others strengths. Let's keep these posts on track and on subject. No bashing. Put aside any personal feelings for others and show the love and support we are famous for. Let's do another post this evening. I think we should limit our postings to a morning and evening one so we don't overload the board. Let's stay focused. We can do it. Good luck to us all Sheryl
