Hey Gene! If you make the Ham & Cheddar soup, it says that you can make it with cheddar instead of Velveeta... don't! Unless you know what you are doing, it turns into a big glop of cheese! A *tasty* big glop of cheese but glob nonetheless! The pumpkin sausage soup is also really good!
