Out of control....pre op ????

I just had my consultation today and am officially approved. I ate Jack in the crack. I feel miserable. I hope this is a sign that I will be a dumper after the surgery.

I think we all go through it. I am still pre-op but when I finally got approved I binged for a couple of weeks and gained about 10Lbs. I have lost thise 10 plus a few more, but it seems to be normal. make sure you get back on track and get that liver shrunk for your surgery.
