Anyone here have Lap-Band at Balboa??

Hi everyone- I am a Navy wife stationed in San Diego. I am trying to figure out if balboa does the lap-band and if so has anyone had it there? Or surgery there for that matter. I just wanted to know what their experience was like :) Thanks!
