Tonights dinner...some protien...maybe chicken and mixed veggies.
Water so far...about 30oz. Just waiting my requesit 1/2hr to start my next 24 oz. Then I'll have another 24 before bed time.
Vitamins?..thanks for the reminder...taking them now! I get b12 every two weeks to suppliment while I'm dieting. Exercise is tonight.
