Ok Whacky Wednedsay Weighers...it't that time again!
Good Wednesday Morning Gang and welcome to WWW!!
I am confident that this is going to be a high number total this week as there are new LOSERS and lots of 5DPT'ers. I am excited for everyone!
Remember to post the number of pounds lost for the week as Mr. Steve is keeping a running tab for the year to post at the end of the year!
For me and for the life of me I do not know how I continue to lose, but I dropped 5.2 pounds this week. I know I started exercising, but sheesh....okay not complaining, but for sure I thought I would have gained because of the partying over the weekend...you know a few ****tails, but for some reason my body decided to dump the weight instead of gaining. See I am not perfect 5DPT peeps. It is hard for me to see the difference at this point because my body is tight from reconstructive surgery, but those fat cells live regardless. Friends and co-workers notice it more, and truth they way I get it and not because of the scale....because of my clothes....I am going to have one hell of tailoring bill if I would ever get there!
So come on gang...start posting...this is a great day of the week because all of your successes keeps others motivated for sure!!
Have a great day and do something that puts a smile on your face and in your heart!

My scale says -6.6 pounds today, but that is difference between the hospital scale and my scale at home, so *****ally knows?
Anyone remember how long you felt like you were still retaining fluid and swollen after surgery? I still feel kinda...full...if that makes sense? I dunno, I just feel wierd. LOL
Anyhow, I am draggin my booty this morning and I need to get going, get some vitamins in, make a protein shake, get my day started!
I hope everyone has a great day!
