Great work. I know how tempting it is to cook for others. Luckily, my kitchen is being remodeled, so I've been making chicken nuggets and the like, and I can totally pass that type of food up. Now if I was to make a lasagna or enchiladas...dun, dun, dun. Hope today is as good as yesterday!

Well I accidently took care of the dinner problem yesterday.  I thought I'll just make Bar B Q pork in the crock pot  while I'm at work and when the crew gets home they can just have sandwiches and leave me out of the food equation but....I left it too long so when I got home it was just this black mass.  So  everyone just ended up eating cereal so that was pretty easy for me.  My only question is ...Let' see...What shall I burn tonight? Jane

Did really well today got in my 100 g protien and 120 water and had some of my YUMMY onion soup.  I picked out the onions though.  The hardest part is at night when my head says   SNACK SNACK SNACK    aghhhhhhh.  If daytime lasted 24 hours.  LOL

Hi, Yep, night time is tough! I actually took a sleeping pill one night to force my self to stop thinking of food and just go to bed. Not that I recommend that all of the time (those pesky cross additictions and all).  Keep fighting the good fight today!
