All the Craig Park info (as of today!)

Howdy folks! I got a pretty good response to holding Craig Park in June/July, so I am going to go ahead and plan it!  I am shooting for the end of June, exactly when will depend on what dates are available when I reserve. You can send money via PayPal to [email protected], or PM me and I will send you my address. Speaking of reserving, I will collect $ towards the reservation fee (which is $125.00) through next week (unless I collect up enough before the end of next week), and then I will reserve for whatever date I can get.  I looked at the availability this morning and Shelter 2 (where we went last year) is not available, so we are going to have to change it up! Here's what I have so far for people helping out.... Helen (ladodgergirl) will head up games again Christine helping out with clean up (pending date compatibility) Jilliecats on the welcome committee and doing the before and after collage JudyAnne also on the welcome committee We need more people!  Chris and I have a couple folding tables and a couple pop up tent/shelter type thingies that can be brought out if needed.... Also, I think we should do a clothing swap?   And, I am happy to collect stuff for soldiers and do a big mass mailing of supplies for them again, if everyone is interested, it would be nice to make it an annual thing, as long as it is needed. Hi! thanks so much for putting this together. I had to miss the last one because I'd just started a job. I'm hoping to make this one, but I'm in Hawaii June 14 and 26th. So if you can make it after that, I'm in and willing to be on the set-up, welcome and clean up committee (assuming the date works with my schedule). I'll also be happy to donate.
