OT - Customer Service question

On one of my support groups there has been some discussion about the customer service and wait  times at the surgeon's office. I was just wondering if others have issues with this also or if it's just this particular surgeon.  It was very eye opening to me and I agreed 100% though I have not complained about it myself. Do you have those issues with your surgeon? Do you complain about it or make excuses to make it ok? Lisa Lisa

LISA I QUIT SEEING MY SURGEON AND IT'S THE SAME SURGEON YOU HAVE...I CAN'T DRIVE 45 MINUES TO AN HOUR TO SIT IN AN OFFICE FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS TO BE STARED AT BY THE STAFF TO BE MADE TO FEEL BAD. PLUS WITH AGORAPHOBIA I JUST CAN'T DO IT.  HE IS A WONDERFUL SURGEON BUT I JUST CAN'T DO IT. THERES A TIME WHEN I HAVE TO CALL IT QUITS AND JUST GIVE UP. HAVE A GREAT DAY
