Better late then never!! Here's the deal kids, proclaim loud and proud what you are thankful for.....if not publicly, then do so privately and remember at least ONE thing that you can be thankful for! EVERYONE should have at least ONE thing!!! Mine: 1. I just got to spend some time chatting with Mike on webcam after his weekend of "missions" that made me SO nervous!  Thankfully, all was good and he said it was "cool". 2. My weekend in Monterey: although at times it was pretty stressful and we ended up taking the longest route possible back home, it was a pretty decent time!  I tell ya, if you ever have 5 hours to kill and a buttload of money to spend on gas....then going up or down the 1 is absolutely GORGEOUS!! 3. My Lynnie and her kids for keeping Mike and all of us in their daily prayers.  It is working!! Keep them up! 4. My sis- for just being the best sister anyone could ever have.... 5. As always, my surgery and the tool that I was given to get my life back.  It hasn't always been an easy road, but- I do know that it still works. 6. All of you here that continue to offer support to, not only myself, but everyone else....even complete, total strangers! Okay, share or not- but, here is your forum to share away!!

1. I actually started the 5DPT this time and survived day 1!!! 2. Carol and I made 12 dozen of Eggy's protein bites together, 4 savory kinds and 2 sweet kinds. We were very proud of ourselves and glad we could do this together to support each other and share in the accountability. We had a lot of fun and will be doing it again for sure!!!! 3. My youngest daughter started back to school today and actually likes her new school and seems happy to be back into the swing of things!!! I'm so relieved and happy to have her back on a schedule!!  Thank you God!!! 4. Mike and I will be able to have some alone time again with Tara back in school!! WOO HOO, I've really missed that a lot!!!! It's been a long 3 months with Tara around 24/7!  Thanks for the post sweetie!!! Glad you got to talk to Mike tonight and that the missions went well. I was praying for him! Glad you had fun in Monterey too, you deserve it!!!!             biggest hugs and love, Becky

Hi Girl...I was JUST thinking about all the things I'm thankful for as I was driving home from the gym this morning.  For one, I am SO thankful for my friends at the gym who keep me honest.  They're there and expect me to be there every day, too...thank goodness because 4am comes quickly and I don't need any excuse not to be there!!  I don't discount all of the other things in my life one bit, but the gym is about the only thing I do for ME...and only ME...so I'm just very very thankful!!  Oh, and we can't forget coffee...I thank my lucky stars for my coffee every day! Have a great day!!

I will!  And I know, she is looking wonderful!  She has been doing an Atkins-type diet and I couldn't believe how flat her tummy is!  Biotch.  LOL  No really, she was telling me that her 8's are getting too big and she has a bunch of clothes to get rid of.  Of course, I have first dibs...but, I am going to get them from her and pass them along to anyone that needs some! She and her hubby have been doing this thing called crossfit.  Have you heard of it?  www.crossfit.com If I can get my back into shape again, I am going to start doing it too.
