"Mindful Eating"
As a part of my job I get these links to health-related articles almost everyday. This particular article caught my eye and I thought I'd share it with you.
It talks about the practice of "mindful eating" which is basically taking your time to really enjoy and savor your food slowly instead of shoveling it all in.
I still slip back into the habit of eating quickly sometimes. My pouch is quick to tell me to slow down....but still, to eat slowly I really have to pay attention and be very aware of everything that I'm doing...

Great article, thanks for sharing! I have said many times that I definitely enjoy my food more now than I ever did. It is nice to actually taste something and savor it!! I need to do it more often though!!! big hugs, Becky
