I'm here and I'm hungry. I had a good day as I said on the other post. I've done liquids only. The protein drinks are satisfying but they do go only so far. I still have my walking to do and then it's bed time. Yeah Glad to have all of you pals, Jane

Sorry you are hungry! You might want to add some kind of soup, like bean, split pea or something that will stick longer. I am eating my bean soup right now and it is really good. Hope your walking was good! You have me beat on that one!!!! good luck to all of us tomorrow!!! hugs, Becky
