Wow another weekend that just seemed to slip on by way too quickly and now here we are Monday morning! Well a Happy Monday morning to all of you and may your day be spectacular! You know the old heave..ho...lets be happy! Only 4 days until Friday once again!

Let's hear it for what we did on Mothers day and how you spent it with your family and friends! I know  I had a much better Mothers Day than expected..and this is why:

DSC_0100.jpg picture by JanineJspending it with my kids was great, but it as even better spending it with my grandchildren! Coffee turned into a late breakfast, then spent the rest of the day with Scott and Hunter. Ava went off with her parents, but at least I got to spend time with her also!

I got the most hysterical card from Scott....OMG...I must scan it, but on the front of the card there is this really skanky guy...all hairy with daisy duke cut off jean shorts on with this ass cheeks hanging out and on the inside it said:See there are some things more frightening that having me as your kid! I nearly peed my pants laughing so hard! Leave it to Scott...he has the most dry sense of humor.

I cannot believe how many losers there were this past week......wow it is just so incediable...it is like there is this new generation of losers....it is just awesome and today brings Carol's surgery!!!

5 day pouch testers...hope you're doing well and that yo continue the momentum....it gets easier each day that passes. Those who are going to start today....we are all here to back you up and support you...it is way worth it!

Hope all of you have a great beginning of the week day...and as the GREAT WiseOne Steve would say...stop reading and start typing....lets hear how your weekend went and your mothers day too!

PEACE OUT!!!! Biker Babe

pssssssssssssssssssss Jean I am glad you are feeling better! Blow Kiss

This is a very rare occasion....being up early enough to have the first reply to the good morning post.  Sleep hasn't come easy to me the past few nights.  Just an hour or two at a time and then I'm back up.  I go see Dr. Q for a post op appt. this afternoon.....I can't wait to get the bandages off and have a look at the outcome.  We will be headed home tomorrow morning and then I will come back for another appt. next week.  For those of you who had asked me to tell you how this surgery is....it ain't no joke!  That's for sure!  But....each day it gets a bit better and I think it's worth it!  :-) Ok....the pain meds are kicking in (along with the Benedryl...everything itches so badly..) so it's time to turn off the laptop and try to get some more sleep!  Have a great week!

Good Calif Crew.....

Today is my last day of 12's. Then Iam off the next 2 days. I think I will sleep all day tomorrow, and then try to get everything needing to be done on wednesday.

This coming weekend is support group Gosh are we going to have tons of fun I hope everyone can make. We are going to have some protein to sample and some vitumins samples. And we get to see each other. YAY!! (I got you Dainne)

I seen some Boxer puppies the other day. Dang they where so flipping cute. It was hard to walk away. They where about 8 weeks old and so friendly. I had to force myself to just drop the puppy and step back, and RUN! Good thing I didn't have my check book with me. LOL

OK time to jump in the shower and start my day.

I wish you all a great day.

Good Morning, Good Morning! Gee, I so wanted to sleep in again today but nope, gotta go make some money! It was a great weekend around these parts with nice, warm afternoons. Took stuff for brunch over to my Mom's place yesterday and enjoyed wishing her a happy Mothers Day. Later in the afternoon we came home and planted some tomatos, honeydew melons, zucinni and yellow squash, red and green bell peppers. So we have a small veggie garden started for the summer. Well, hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work we go on this back-to-work Monday! Hope everyone has a sane re-entry to the workweek today and I'll catch you all on the flipside tomorrow morning! Well Happy Monday to all Yesterday for me was pretty quiet - did the little bit of shopping with my sis - I did get 2 pairs of bermudas at Kohls - buy one get one free - in size 16W - WOWZA.....but I controlled myself and didn't get anything else for the day.   Hey Lu - My sisters neighbor recently got a boxer puppy that is the absolute cutest thing with the best demeanor - calm, loving, and extremely smart.....I was never really a lover of boxers until I saw this one.... Janine - so glad you had a nice mothers day - and boy oh boy are those grandbabies cuties. today is my "pamper me" day - nails and toes - then home for a bike ride.....and hopefully some swimming if the sun comes out and its warm. Hope everyone has a great week - Hugs

I have 2 boxers and Maggie now at 4 is starting to calm down...and Mikey...well I think he has a bad case of wiggles...he is 4 too. Him and Molly my poodle got into major bars of dial soap when we were at that wedding Saturday...I guess they kept biting them up hoping that one of them would taste good...I know they thought they hit the mother lode of all scoring in the "lets raid the house while mom and dad are gone!" ROTFLHowever...they are still great dogs and great family dogs for people with little children.

Good Morning Janine  and all the wonderful Cali people Well by the looks of it Janine you had a wonderful Mothers Day. I haven't been much of a celebrater of Mothers day since my mother passed away. But I try to keep a smile in between of tears for my kids. They brought me flowers and cards and a Garden Gome with our last name on it and a hook to hang my cascading green mini rose. My daughter also bought me a new pair of gardening gloves.. Boy I needed them for sure. I sent my hubby to the Last standing Bob's Big Boy that we know of to take my daughter and my grand daughter to for mommy day dinner. Going out to eat is the least favortie thing for me. I stayed home and watched about 5 minutes of tv and fell asleep. I think the thought of my mom not being around for the 16 year in a row got to me. But I enjoyed the quite. Even one of the borders here gave me a mothers day card. I thought that was a nice thing to do. Well it's now monday and the start of a new week. I hope more of my plants sprout up. they are really looking great. Well as far as sprouting and filling out and such. My mini roses have really taken to their new homes and everyone of them have buds on them. Even my Calla Lilies have started to shoot up throught the dirt. yea yea yea... I was worried about them. Well i'm glad to read that the you have great days yesterday. have another wonderful day today.

Morning, Had a nice weekend in Monterey~ some snaffu's along the way and my two youngest added some unnecessary stress (but, what can you expect from two siblings?), anyway- it was a nice time and I figured out that Monterey is where Mike and I will go when he gets back.  Just the two of us....I am going to start saving now for all the eating we will do, because Man oh man! all the places there to eat!  I may be only to eat a little of this and a little of that, but there sure where a ton of places I wanted to try~but, since we have probably the pickiest kids on the planet, we only would eat at kid-friendly places. Okay, and I got a strange one for any of you computer people...I was on my laptop lastnight, downloading pictures, and all of a sudden- my screen went upside down.  I closed it down, rebooted and when it started up again...same thing.  So, I shut it down again and just let it sit over night....got up this morning- booted it up and SAME THING!  Anyone out there know how I can fix that??!?!  I have never seen anything like it! Alright, off to get the kids to school and then Fresno for some traction.  Have a great day everyone and I will be back later to do the Thankful post..... Hugs to all!
