HI Cali, I am new to this board, and and very anxiously awaiting a surgery date...I have completed all my test, classes and all, now I am awaiting my insurance company to approve it all. I am getting really excited yet very emotional, from reading other posts, this is a very commen thing I see. How have you guys coped with the anxiety and nervousness of it all. Any info would be greatly appreciated . Am

Congratulations on getting this far in your journey. I think waiting is the hardest part. Things I did to keep busy while I was waiting??? I wrote in my Profile, took "before" pictures & posted them on my profile, started eating healthy and started exercising. All this helped, but it was still tough -- and SOOOOO worth it!!! HUGS

Hi and congrats. Waiting is hard. I hope it goes quick for you. Do you meditate? That really helped me. I also suffer from panic attack syndrome, so I had the doc proscribe something for me just in case is couldn't control the anxiety. But I never needed it. Good Luck!
