Day 3.. back on track..
Well its day three of getting my WL life back on track.. by limiting the carbs I intake, cutting out all white stuff, no drinking with meals or within 30 mins, etc.. ya know, the TYPICAL back to basic stuff we all know, but in reality dont practice (speaking just for me, mind you)..
so to continue with my accountability.. I am hear saying.. its HARD! Day ONE was the worst, day two not so bad, I woke up Day 3 (today) feeling 'less weighty' and less bloated.. so as hard as it is.. knowing that I am taking strides to make changes and get my eating life back on track is a very good feeling..

What do you mean it's hard? How can it be hard, Didnt you take the "easy way out" and have surgery? It does all the work for you, dont it?

OK OK OK don't blow up yet. I just HATE when someone tells me that. I wish they only new the truth. Its not easy. Its every day. Its not a diet, on today, off tomorrow then on again. Its everyday!
You are right its hard as heck. But once you get back into, you do start feeling so much better. Then you know, you are doing the right thing. I know, I had to step back and take a look at my way of eating, and make some BIG TIME changes.
Keep up the great work. You are much stronger then "all white stuff"

Ughhhh.....I know it's hard. Thanks for posting this and communicating that WLS is not the magic tool. One still needs to continue to work at it by choosing the right foods, exercising, water, etc. Good luck and I'm cheering for ya! Don't you wish our pouches could be automatically programmed to shut down to not eat anymore until the next meal?
